Refund and Delivery Policy
At CirclePay, we facilitate payments between businesses but do not handle the sale, delivery, or return of goods. The responsibility for delivery and refunds lies entirely with the end merchants using the CirclePay platform. CirclePay only assists with payment-related processes and, under special circumstances, may refund specific transaction-related fees.
1. Delivery Policy
Responsibility for Delivery
The delivery of goods or services is the sole responsibility of the merchant from whom you have purchased. Merchants are responsible for providing delivery timelines, tracking details, and ensuring the successful delivery of goods or services to you.

CirclePay’s Role
CirclePay does not manage or oversee the delivery of products. Any questions or concerns regarding delivery must be directed to the respective merchant.
2. Refund Policy
Responsibility for Refunds
Refunds for goods or services purchased are solely managed by the end merchant. The merchant will define the terms and conditions under which a refund may be granted, and any disputes regarding refunds should be resolved directly with the merchant.
3. CirclePay’s Role in Refunds
Transaction-Related Fee Refund
CirclePay’s involvement in refunds is limited to transaction-related fees. Under special circumstances, and after a thorough review, CirclePay may issue a refund for the transaction fee associated with a payment. This does not include fees charged by the bank, payment gateway, or other third-party service providers involved in the payment process.

Eligibility for Refund of Transaction Fees

Refund requests for transaction fees must be submitted within 30 days of the debit transaction.

CirclePay will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

The review process may take up to 120 days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.

Transaction fees will only be refunded under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues on the platform or incorrect charges directly caused by CirclePay.

Non-Refundable Fees
Fees charged by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers are non-refundable under all circumstances. These fees are beyond the control of CirclePay, and any issues related to such fees should be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
