Use of the Website
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using CirclePay, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

License to Use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services solely for the purpose of managing collections and payments in a B2B environment. You agree not to misuse the platform or its services.
User Account
Account Creation
To access our services, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update such information as needed to ensure its accuracy.
Merchants and Transactions
Marketplace Role
CirclePay provides a platform for B2B merchants to manage their collections and payments. We do not control the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the products or services provided by merchants using the platform.

Transaction Processing
Transactions processed through CirclePay are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective merchants. CirclePay does not assume responsibility for any disputes arising from the transaction itself, including delivery, refund, or product/service quality.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds and chargebacks are the responsibility of the end merchants. In the event of a dispute, CirclePay may assist in collecting relevant documentation (such as invoices and proofs of delivery) but is not liable for resolving disputes related to the product or service.
CirclePay may, under exceptional circumstances and after review, refund transaction-related fees, excluding fees charged by banks or payment gateways.
Fees and Payment
CirclePay reserves the right to charge fees for its services. Any applicable fees will be displayed to users before they make a transaction. You agree to pay any applicable fees for services rendered and are responsible for any third-party fees, such as bank or payment gateway fees, associated with your transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CirclePay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CirclePay or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
CirclePay is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. The platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CirclePay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.
Revision and law
CirclePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi Juridiction.
